Eligible return or exchange

Both defective and non-defective products may be returned, and exchange requests are accepted. Apply within 30 calendar days after delivery for a new product. When a product has no defect, it must remain new, unused, and in its original condition.

Mailing an approved return

Start by emailing ukalayep135@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, request details, and supporting images when appropriate. Do not mail the parcel before approval. The free prepaid return label is included in the package for the approved postal return, and there is no restocking fee.

When a refund begins

We process and initiate an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Any later posting delay is controlled by the bank or payment provider.

Consumer protections

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit the store to exclude.
